Is it hard to do these kinds of negotiations with banks and lending institutions? Not at all.

Let me explain how each of them works: You can work with the property owner directly.

I have secret methods of finding these property owners which I fully cover in my complete course.

If the property owner is in pre-foreclosure, because of the types of "exceptions" mortgage lenders are starting to accept (because they don't want another foreclosed property), you can negotiate what's called a "take-over short-sale" which will allow you to legally take over the property with the loan in your name for an amount LESS than what the property owner owes on the home (if the property is worth less than what's owed on it).

You then work with them to take over their property (with no cash and no credit) with a simple contract which is legally binding.

I'm going to tell you now how to get these properties from these homeowners in a brief overview so you can understand the process: You find the property owners (which I'll explain EXACTLY how to get these people to come to you in droves).

This can be someone who wants to sell their home and cannot because no one is buying or someone who is in financial trouble and is in pre-foreclosure.

As you know, in this current real estate market, people are losing their homes left and right.

You can get just about any property you want for a fraction of the price by using one of two of the following techniques: Method #1: Working with the property owner directly.

They are willing to work with ANYONE (no matter how bad your credit and with no ....

Method #2: Working with a bank who owns a foreclosure and essentially "taking over" the property at a lower sale price, lower interest rate, and with their financing.

If they owe MORE on their property than current market value, you can still do the deal as a "tenant-buyer" deal, which I'll explain later.

You are looking to take over the property at CURRENT MARKET VALUE.
